Ingredients: Bundt pan greased + floured; 1 box vanilla cake mix; 2 3.4oz pkgs instant vanilla pudding; 1 14.5oz can mandarin oranges - drained save juice; 1 20oz can crushed pineapple - drained save juice; 4 eggs; 1/2 c. olive oil; 1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice; 1/2 c. reserved mandarin orange juice; 1 8oz cool whip

This delightful bundt cake combines the vibrant flavors of mandarin oranges and pineapple, finished with a creamy cool whip and pudding frosting.

Method

Mix

Cake mix, olive oil, eggs, 1 pkg pudding, pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, in mixer.
Add mandarin oranges to batter.
Pour into bundt pan
Bake @ 350°F 40 min
LET CAKE COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE FROSTING

Frosting

Mix cool whip, 1 pkg pudding + crushed pineapple
Chill until ready to frost.

Once cake is cool, frost
