Ingredients: 3 lb ground turkey; 1 cup frozen spinach - wring out water; 6 oz feta cheese crumbled; 1 large egg; 2 garlic scapes; Salt + pepper

Enjoy tender turkey meatballs infused with fresh spinach, tangy feta, and a hint of garlic.

375°F ~35 min, then rest 5 min

Method

In food processor combine; frozen spinach, garlic + egg, on high till well mixed.
Mix into ground turkey in large bowl
Add feta + salt to taste + pepper to taste
Roll meatballs baseball size.
Place cooling rack on baking sheet (make sure oven safe)
Cook meatballs on top of cooling rack
* After cooking let meatballs rest before eating. *
