Ingredients: 1 lb backfin crab meat - rinsed; 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1 cup buffalo sauce; 1/2 c ranch dressing; 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese; Salsa; 1 pkg lime tortilla chips

Method

Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until smooth
Slowly fold in crab meat, being careful not to break up any lumps
Spread into 9-inch pie dish or small baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake until bubbly
Serve with salsa & chips
